1. What is PersonalPMO?
PersonalPMO is a project document management system with many other advanced features. PersonalPMO takes the
grind out of creating project documentation and automates as much of the process as possible. Additionally,
it helps to manage and organize your documentation by project and organization.
2. Who should use PersonalPMO?
PersonalPMO is designed first and foremost for project managers. Written by a 20 year project management veteran,
it encompasses all of the labor saving techniques we could find. Based on the philosophy that the content of a
project plan is really what counts, PersonalPMO takes care of the rest of the normally time consuming tasks of
creating and filling in repetitive forms.
3. What's so revolutionary about PersonalPMO?
PersonalPMO is the first application to not only manage project templates but also auto complete them. Other
products may help you control and manage, but this is the first to go even further, actually filling in repetitive
data, such as project name, project number, date, time, version, author, project manager plus much more. From
there it version controls your documents, ensuring you are always working on the latest version.
4. How can I try it out?
Simply download our fully functioning 7 day trial by clicking on the download option. After 7 days, you can
discontinue use or purchase through this site. We also encourage your feedback through our discussion forum.
As this is the first version of PersonalPMO, your feedback and input will guide the future enhancements of
the product.
5. Can I use my own templates?
Yes, you can, however they do need to be converted first for use with PersonalPMO. This is a service we offer
and is priced according to number and length of each. Please contact templates@personalpmo.com to get a quote

6. Where can I get support?
Our primary support option is via the Support forum on this site. Alternative support paths are to email

7. Do you have a product roadmap?
As we plan to continue development based on user feedback, we do not have a roadmap at this time.
8. Is there a web version?
The interactivity with MS Word and other applications makes it very difficult for this application to be ported to the web. There are no plans at this time for a web version of PersonalPMO. GlobalPMO is not as web version of PersonalPMO, rather way to synchronize your projects back to your PMO.
